The Bath-Highland Tobacco Use Prevention Program is a comprehensive program in Bath and Highland County Public Schools that provides tobacco use prevention activities and resources for students in grades 2 - 12. Tobacco prevention classroom activities are correlated to the Virginia Standards of Learning (SOLs) and are supplemented by student contests and community tobacco prevention activities. |

Funding from the Virginia Tobacco Settlement Foundation allows VRHRC to provide the program to approximately 1,000 students each school year. | ||
Two major programs have been selected to provide activities and resources for students in Grades 3-10. All programs have been correlated with the Virginia Standards of Learning in science and/or health. |

| Grade 3 - 8 Too Good for Drugs ™ |
|||
Too Good For Drugs™ is a school-based prevention program designed to reduce risk factors and enhance protective factors related to alcohol, tobacco and other drug use among students. Too Good For Drugs™ has separate lessons for each grade level. Each year builds on earlier grade levels which enables students to learn important skills sequentially and retain them year after year. | Grades 9 & 10 Project Towards No Tobacco Use (TNT) |

TNT is a school-based prevention project designed to reduce tobacco use in students who use tobacco and encourage others to never start.

Coole School Day Planners are provided to all students in grades 2-12. The books are interactive daily planners for students and are used for recording assignments. They contain information and interactive games & puzzles for use by students or teacher led activities and discussion. |
